@AppleSoldier MS doesnt write the drivers for the GPU’s.. The GPU company does. Same as the apple intel and invidia drivers. They are from base written by intel and invidia then looked over by jobs minions.
I think its pretty much a matter of time now until people realize that the Mac computers themselfs are shamefully expensive for the hardware thats in them and start building PC’s for a shitload less too run their Mac OS on.

You do not need to buy an apple computer to run OSX. I installed an original snow leopard kernel on my PC hardware.
They HAVE proprietary hardware, they do NOT MAKE proprietary hardware.

Uhh, way to be late to the party? I was commenting on AppleSoldier’s ineptness in not understanding what an architecture is, not the actual ability to run OS X on a standard PC.

@manjyoumethunder It’s an EMULATION, not the real deal. Look up the difference between an authentic designer hand bag versus a knock off designer hand bag. Even if you have mac running illegally on a PC, you had to hack it in order to get it to run.

@XBlackXLabelX yah it’s possible but if apple ever found out you’d be in deep shit. If apple ever found out that I’ve installed snow leopard on mine AND my sister’s macs, they probably wouldn’t give a shit even though I didn’t get the family pack.
yeah trying to join in a processor maket race right now would be a bad idea intel could kill them softly if they tried, plus apple would never be able to keep up with intel or even AMD’s development, and they would also lose the ability to run windows on there hardware, since i doubt M$ would support there new hardware.
doesn’t appl emoake more money off Ipod and iphones sales, or there close to matching it. and he’s right apple would get killed if they switched to a software company, M$ can survive due to the fact that there OS goes out on m6 times as many computer’s as apple’s, (apples sales are 3rd highest i think last tiome i check, HP almost doubles there US sales)
To Author: you can run Mac OS X on a PC… Check out Hackintosh, or former company Psystar (being closed now, due to loss in a trial with Apple).

company who’s good in processor field
with stocks widely available. They dumped
Motorola & IBM in the past it’s because
Motorola didn’t make their chips massively
& widely available which caused Apple
several times production shortage & behind
schedule almost every time a new model was
launched. IBM was ditched bcuz they’re
interested in producing PPC chips ONLY for
their servers & not providing a lot to Apple.

I doubt Apple is researching developing its own processors, it’d be much too costly for such a company. Not that Apple isn’t successful, but Intel is providing fine processors for Apple to use.

1990’s Mac OS ran on IBM Chip
2005 onwards Mac OS runs on Intel processor
Apple constantly strives for better chips. Reason they switched to intel is less power consumption per watt than IBM Chip.
Now Window or PC’s have been on the same Intel/AMD since its born. Windows can’t run on PowerPC chip. Its the same intel architecture made by 100s of vendors. Apple now researching on make there own chip.

windows defender do the job and i use it for gaming the macbook pro was a gift i dont know how to really use it lol but i have no malware
