how to install ubuntu and/or dual boot with xp (part 1 of 3)

here is my instructions on how to install ubuntu and dual boot it with xp allready installed. please feel free to leave comments and ask any questions. i aplogize in advance for the crap vid quality, my camera needs to be replaced… anways, hope this helps for anyone in need of help with ubuntu
